Our History
Areti Sakellaris and Stephanie Sakellaris began their real-estate investing in Boston in 2017. They began with property identification, acquisition, renovation planning and construction, and leasing. Since then, the sisters and business partners have transformed spaces, added value, and managed budgets with an eye to maximizing a property’s ROI. Areti and Stephanie have expanded their business to include home renovation projects and enjoy collaborating with a network of specialists, trades, investors, and clients.
